GENERAL WORKSHOPS
PURE’s techniques, programs and/or workshops help you in the development of your own self-care program; helping you create a holistic journey of healing the physical, the emotional, the mental and spiritual healing.
REIKI TRAINING
PURE offers all levels of Reiki classes throughout the entire year. Those interested in one on one instruction is also available coordinated with instructor availability.
Reiki Level One classes happen every quarter (or one on one – call for this service) and are presented in 4 hours.
Reiki Level Two classes occur every quarter (or one on one – call for this service) and are also presented in 6 – 8 hours.
Reiki I & II Practitioner Certification classes occur every quarter or on a one on one and 8 – 10 hours.
Reiki Master classes take place once a year (Beginning in 2019), min class size of 4 is require before conducted. Below you will find a break down of each course, it’s prerequisites and pricing. 10-16 hour class over two days.

Reiki Level One (Self Reiki)
In this course we cover the foundational knowledge and techniques of Usui Reiki and energy healing in general. There will be two Reiki Level one Attunements given, one on the first class and the second on the third class. Some of the topics we will cover are:
- What is Reiki?
- A brief history of Reiki
- Developing our innate energetic sensitivity
- Aura, Chakras and other parts of our multi-dimensional energetic anatomy
- Sending energy
- Self Healing and Energetic Protection
- Environmental and Personal Energies
- Cleansing a healing space
- Procedures to perform a full healing session

Reiki Level Two
In this course we will be introduced to some more advanced techniques facilitated by the use of the Reiki symbols. There will be two attunements given in this course, one on the first class and the second on the third class. Some of the topics we will explore are:
- Circuiting to remove blockages
- Elemental Energies
- Empathic Reception
- Power Symbol
- Emotional Symbol
- Distance Healing
We have 4 seats open for each Level Two course. The cost of this course is $225. Reiki I&II Practitioner Certification is $325. Prerequisites: At least One month practicing at Reiki Level One. You may take this course even if you received a Level One certification with a different teacher. You’ll be ask for copies of your certification issued by the other instructor. No web-based course, self taught or webinar certification will be accepted.
Reiki Master Course
In the Reiki Master Course students will learn a variety of advanced level energy healing techniques as well as how to give attunements to others so they may start teaching students of their own. There will be a great deal of hands on practice in this class. The topics that will be covered include:
- Object extraction techniques
- Energetic Embodiment
- Advanced distant healing
- Facilitating attunements for others

These classes will occur every fall and requires at least 2 students. The cost of this course is $575. A non-refundable $100 deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve your seat.Stay tuned for more details on this course.
Prerequisites: At least 6 months practicing at Reiki Level 2. You may take this course even if you have received your Reiki 1 and 2 certifications with another teacher. You’ll be ask for copies of your certification issued by the other instructor. No web-based course, self taught or webinar certification will be accepted.
The Karuna Reiki® Class
Karuna Reiki® opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit.
A brief description of the four Karuna® I symbols is given here: The first symbol prepares the client for deep healing and is useful with past life issues. It helps release karma and deeply seated issues on the cellular level. The second symbol heals deeply and can be used to breakup the negative patterns we unconsciously use to insulate ourselves from the truth, thus shattering delusion and denial. It heals the shadow self. The third symbol fills the person with love and restores balance. The fourth symbol completes the treatment by bringing the client back into the body and grounding.
The Karuna II symbols are of a higher vibration and more powerful.They help connect directly with the Higher Self and work on a deeper level. While they have specific purposes discussed in class, the experience of their energy allows intuitive guidance in their use.
