EXERCISE TO BE HEALTHY
Exercise to be healthy, to be fit not skinny. Eat to nourish the body, the bones and never pay attention to those who places doubt in your mind. Loose the processes that has put this nation in such an unhealthy state which are deeply embedded in our lives. Tell yourself you are worth change, that you're worth is more then you realize, be braver then you believe, be stronger then you seem and you are smarter then you think. Give yourself 10 days -- 20 minutes a day of just walking then stand back and watch the transformation in your over all persona. Start living your life to the fullest. Just give yourself the gift of life, give yourself 20 minutes a day.
